Arrival times depend on your pickup location and current traffic conditions. We recommend booking at least 30 minutes in advance so our support car and designated driver can reach you right on schedule.

Can passengers travel in your follow car?

No, passengers must travel inside your own vehicle with our driver. The follow vehicle is solely for escorting our designated driver to and from your drop-off point.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. However, cancellations made once a driver is dispatched will incur a $50 cancellation fee to cover the driver's time and fuel.

How do you calculate fares?

Fares are calculated based on distance travelled, total journey time, and pickup location. We believe in complete transparency, providing upfront pricing with no hidden charges before your trip begins.

Are there extra charges for late nights or public holidays?

Yes, additional surcharges may apply for journeys booked after 11:00 pm, on official New Zealand public holidays, or if there is extended waiting time at your pickup location.

How does vehicle insurance work?
